“While working on the 7th and final painting (The Resurrection and the Life) of the ‘I AM’ statements collection during the week before Easter, I just so happened to reach the spot on the canvas where I was going to paint in Jesus, on Good Friday evening.  And appropriately, as I painted I worshiped and reflected on the incredible price He paid for all of us.  Though my brush can scarcely depict His majesty, I cannot think of any higher honor or privilege than to attempt to create my humble version of Him on canvas.” -Liz
