Last year I was honored to be asked to provide the cover art for an autobiography by local author, Sally Jo Landis who has written an exciting memoir of her life; a simple, Lancaster County Mennonite girl who grew up to live a not-so-simple life because she allowed God to write her story.
From her family farm to corporate NYC where she worked for a law firm in the Twin Towers, to adventures around the world, she bravely soldiered through it all as a single woman. Encountering many thrilling but also frightening situations, she saw the hand of God in every circumstance,
It was only when she returned to Lancaster (approaching her retirement years) to take care of her elderly mother, that a surprising romance blossomed.
